This machine design with gantry type welding machine. Use manual loading of sign plate onto the roller feeder. Then it will move automatically to the welding machine. The welding machine is equipped with two welding heads. The profiles will be placed on the conveyor belt by manual or connected to the profiles punching line. Then it will be placed to the welding position by mechanical arm. After welding, the whole product will be unloaded and stacked by mechanical arm.
